Privacy
Last updated July 22, 2026. This page explains what the RootWurx website collects and why.
Information you choose to send
The project brief asks for your name, email, company, and a description of the workflow or problem you want to discuss. RootWurx uses that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and continue a conversation you requested.
Website and referral information
The form may also record the page you submitted from, your referring page, campaign parameters, and the call-to-action you used. This helps RootWurx understand which pages and outreach lead to useful conversations.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Project brief submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Those providers may process technical information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, measure basic traffic, and transmit your submission.
How information is used
- Respond to project inquiries
- Understand the business problem you described
- Maintain the security and reliability of the website
- Measure which pages and campaigns are useful
What RootWurx does not do
RootWurx does not sell information submitted through this website. The website does not ask for payment-card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal records.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry information may be retained while a conversation or potential engagement remains relevant and for reasonable business recordkeeping. You can request deletion of an inquiry by emailing nik@rootwurx.com.
